Besides, Obama already killed Anwar al-Awlaki, a U.S. citizen, without judicial process, which is prohibited by the Constitution, and is an impeachable offense, so this new info is consistent with Obama's past behavior.
I would say it is true.
My niece, who is in the Air Force, was just promoted.
And during her oral questioning, was asked if she were willing to fire on US citizens if ordered to do so.
(She said they told her not to answer, it was a rhetorical question.)
I think they may have been watching body language, when she was asked.

If this "military hero" is so concerned, he ought to call a news conference and tell the entire country what he knows.
It would be a risk for sure, but that's what heroes do.

Supposedly the hero is retired, and the active duty officer (who the hero had mentored) who told him about the litmus test also retired because he couldn’t agree to it.
So there are two men beyond having their military careers harmed (except for consulting, etc.) who believe that Obama is planning a military dictatorship. They themselves are not yet coming forward.
I’ll believe this when officers with names step forward and say it.

The military has been used in the past to break up protests:
In July 1932, Patton served under Army Chief of Staff General Douglas MacArthur as a major commanding 600 troops of the 3rd Cavalry Regiment. On 28 July, MacArthur ordered these troops to advance on protesting veterans known as the “Bonus Army” in Washington, D.C. with tear gas and bayonets. One of the veterans dispersed by the cavalry was Joe Angelo, who had saved Patton’s life in World War I.
Patton was dissatisfied with MacArthur’s conduct as he recognized the legitimacy of the veterans’ complaints and had himself earlier refused to issue the order to employ armed force to disperse the veterans.
Patton later stated that, though he found the duty “most distasteful,” he also felt that putting the marchers down prevented an insurrection and saved lives and property. He personally led the 3rd Cavalry down Pennsylvania Avenue dispersing the protesters.

Will U.S. troops fire upon civilians? I believe so. There exists more than one reason BHO2 would give such an order, but generally he thrives on the pain and chaos it will cause Americans.
We should not give BHO2 any opportunity to declare Martial Law against conservative America. Everyone knows what I’m talking about here: we can’t prevent Detroit, Los Angeles, or Phiadelphia, from going ballistic and burning their cities down, but we can be smart and not provide a target for the administration.

It could be done, It may take thirty years of promoting willing people, but it would be possible to create a military culture that no longer feels accountable to the people.
