I’m here to tell you, they won’t blame anyone. They will willingly accept it and die. I’ve seen this already in healthcare. Many older folks already made to feel they ARE a burden on society are refusing simple treatments right and left, simply allowing themselves to die. It’s already happening.
The culture of death has permeated the minds of many already. Forget that test, forget that lab. I don’t care anymore ..I’ve had a good life, etc, etc.
If it were ever to happen, the red side would be highly pressure to provide “aid” to the blue side.
They won't blame anyone. A nice LGBT representative from the Department of the Greater Good Adjudication will take them down to the local Center for Good Citizen Reprocessing. Their survivors will receive a very nice card from Dear Leader expressing his appreciation. The card will be made of reprocessed fibers and printed with recycled biodegradable inks.
I had two acquaintances tell me that they liked Obama because their 401Ks were increasing and had done so since the crash. Another believed that she would have free medical care in her (single) old age. We are down by the bow, and the ship does not anchor the helm.

It's not just voting, but *all* discussion about politics. People used to tell me all the time about how much they hated G W Bush, but most of the time they could never give me a specific reason *why.* It was "fashionable."
People talk like they’re Republicans to the pollsters, and then go into the voting booth and vote Democrat. They like to talk like they’re high-minded, but they vote like scared little children. The election is a poll. You want to know how people are going to vote? Look at the election results.
