You are right. It’s bad that we have in the White House a President that hides in the closet when the phone rings at 3 am. A Secretary of State who is busy eating at the Y when te phone call arrives and cannot be disturbed, and a Republican party that says we have to grin and bear it.
I mean none of us are so stupid as to believe neither of these people could be reached. They were both frightened of making a decision. Scared Spitless. So they hid.and waited to see what Panetta would do, and if he screwed up they would pounce on him like Tigers.Panetta knew his limits and would not exceed them and that sealed the fate of the 4 men.
This is without doubt the greatest exhibit of cowardice of its leadersip ever witnessed by this nation.Bar none.
But I expect no better from a President who refuses to release his past and a woman who allowed her husband to stuff cigars in his girl friend.
I think Hillary was probably afraid to make a decision, because she has been one of the worst, most incompetent SOS' ever, only doing whatever Obama has told her to do. When he wasn't there to tell her what to do, she was too afraid of him to go ahead on her own.
There's a big fear component here, and it's fear of Obama among his closest associates. They're afraid they'll make him angry, and I suspect they've already seen the way they'll be hunted down, publicly pilloried and possibly even killed if they oppose him.
I think Obama didn't care what was happening in Benghazi and simply went to bed and left orders that he was not to be disturbed, and every single one of these people was afraid to bother him and afraid to make any decisions on their own.
