Four members of the SCOTUS recognized that if the federal government could mandate citizens buying health insurance they could mandate anything. I hope Justice Roberts at least regrets his sophistry in the Obamacare decision especially when Obama will use this decision to undo the Bill of Rights starting with the Second Amendment. What’s next will we have to have a government license to post on the Internet, be taxed to send e-mails or be taxed heavily for cable TV especially if Fox News is included in our listings?

There needs to be another case that moves up to the Supreme Court that would give Roberts a chance to change his effin’ mind. He made an unconstitutional decision in an attempt to preserve the unconstitutional powered the Supreme Court has grabbed that would have been blown away when Obagumbie ignored their ruling against him.

The Founding Fathers never intended that the courts have this much power and that we would be ruled by a black-robed priesthood. It is beginning to look like nullification at the state level is all that we have left other than CW2.
