We need government and we need police to protect and defend the Rights given to us by God. Like fire, police and government, can save lives as well as take them. THAT is why we have the Second Amendment! The Second Amendment is why we are still a mostly free people today. Why?

Answer: Because on a back shelf in the mind of every politician, policeman, and sheriff in this nation sits the Second Amendment. It is the Second Amendment that banks the fires of their ambition.
