So the originator of the thread didn't get it right. He should have, but functionally, there isn't a lot of difference.

I'll bet they were afraid that their First Amendment rights to the free exercise of religion would be violated by the HHS mandate that they pay for abortion drugs. They'll be relieved to hear that the feds are going to back off from that disgusting and unconstitutional power grab.
