Do you mean to tell me that a man born in Canada that has a Canadian birth certificate is a Constitutional Article 2 Section 1 natural born Citizen eligible to run for the presidency? I think Mr. Rogers is actually wavering on this one. Earlier in the thread he said Cruz is in a gray area, and subject to court challenge.

Cruz could be challenged in court. I have already offered a $500 to FreeRepublic bet that they will decide he meets the criteria for NBC, since he was born a citizen. Anyone want to take my bet?
