The sleeves of her jacket are too short and the upper arm of the jacket too tight ( note the wrinkles under the arm).

Honestly, a reasonably competent seamstress ( of which their are likely many in Washington) could advise her on these matters. There is NO excuse for her to look this way. Where are her etiquette and fashion coaches?

There is NO NO NO excuse for:

Hems hanging below the coat ( only in the back).
Bra lines showing.
Panty lines showing under slacks.
Wrinkles across the back of the legs of slacks.
Sleeves too short.
Puckering of jackets across the back.
Rolls of fat in the back protruding over the back of an evening gown.

The woman is the FIRST LADY and a representative of the United States of America. Geeze! A little tailoring would go a long way in making her look attractive, modest, and respectful of the position.
