After viewing all the threads on this post, I'm a bit grieved
that the feedback had to come to what it did.
Rand Paul from a Constitution stand point and champion in our
personal liberties can be applauded. From his views as brought out
on issues of required military engagement to combat the ever
growing Islamic threats around the world, are obvious to some
of us lacking.
In short. He is a real mixed bagged. I really don't know what to
add other then enforcing the idea, we are at a cross roads,
as how the Executive Branch, (currently at the hands of a
Commie by all indications), can play his nation destroying
games, and the so many assholes on both sides of Congress
that play very dangerous games with America's future.

I fear for this nation's status in the years to come. As well
as the gross ramifications, the path we are now on, will lead to.
As you. I love what this nation has been.
I also am grieved at how things have played out in this post.
Time for me to go to bed. Tis 3:37AM EST.
Do attempt to have a great upcoming day.

The core of this debate that will divide the Tea Party is America’s role overseas. I hope the ad hominem, straw man, and guilt-by-association arguments will STOP and the debate can be genuine.

My 2 cents: we can’t afford to be the world’s policeman, nor do we have the moral obligation. Yes that strategy may stop a few attacks, but it’s not clear they won’t find other ways around that bankrupting, devastating strategy. Bring ALL the troops home and defend the homeland.
