It might be a custom written piece for the commercial.

I think Shazam has a problem because the guy is talking in the background.

Mostly works for me, but this little piece was too short and the voice-over probably didn’t help either.

Perhaps: A little jingle made just for this commercial.

Oh wait, I think I’ve got it: A commercial for a liquid that pretends to be beer uses a jingle that pretends to be jazz. Yeah, that’s gotta be it.

Fun fact: In Belgian-Congo, making prisoners drink Stella Artois was more effective than waterboarding!
