Al Franken lived in New York. He came back to Minnesota only to run for office. Haven’t seen him since.

Rahm was ineligible to run for mayor of Chicago. He won anyway.

that’s a very good point. Wonder how Kentuckians will feel about missing out on a crack at her 10s of millions in revenue for the past couple of decades

Great point. Where, tho, would she be paying taxes (or not paying them) on income earned from acting? In her state of residence, or the state in which she was working? Both?

I know there's a lot of complexity with people crossing state lines to work, with many adjoining states having reciprocity agreements ...
