Socialists pulled this roit threat ploy beginning in the 60’s until Reagan came into office and then the LA riots were the last. Reagan would not give into them and the public turned against the socialist blacks and their shock troop minions. He exposed and denounced them. They also murdered and victimized white people like there was no tommorrow and the law did not protect whites, creating fear and the need to move out of black urban territory. White flight - socialists claimed it proved whitey was racist.

This was followed by a crack down on crime and the jailing of thugs. We had to institute mandatory sentences because judges were refusing to protect society from the crimes of black thugs.
