I wonder how he managed to get a CCW in Kali. I would like to know the issuing county. Michael must contributed a lot of money to some sheriff's or mayor's re-election for Burke to get a CCW in Kali unless of course Burke claims residence somewhere other than SF or LA in Kali. Outside of the heavily lib strongholds in Kali a CCW is possible even though Kali is a may issue state.
