This isn't completely accurate. The Turks and Jordanians set up a number of refugee camps on the border with Syria, handling many more people than the Israelis. True, considering how miserable Israel's relations are with Syria, it's amazing they took in any, and it's to their credit. But, the refugee burden is higher on other countries bordering Syria.

I still say this is highly dubious. I’ve never heard of this source. Click the link. The website looks extremely unprofessional. It could be an attempt to spark a rebellion in the Syrian Army. Anyway, I doubt the world media would be that behind the 8 ball on a major story like this.
