I think there would be secondary crimes against Arizona that she’d have to be caught on. Stuff like misprision of forgery and fraud. Fuddy herself was careful not to make any sworn statements. As we’ll see in the next article, she put the seal on the letters of verification but did not put her signature. Onaka wouldn’t even put his signature to them, except the Mississippi Democratic Executive Committee’s verification, because it asked for nothing relevant.
The Posse only has jurisdiction over crimes against Arizonans. The laws that Fuddy broke are Hawaii laws, although there must be a way that the other states and the federal government can hold another state’s officials accountable for perpetrating a hoax on us all.
Anybody in law enforcement know how that works?
