IMNVHO, the document fraud case is the ONLY thing that is going to hurt Team Obama in the short run. However, technically speaking, who exactly is the guilty party and how many steps removed from the actual perpetrator is our belovèd Maximum Leader? What jurisdiction can this be brought in? Is it civil ... to which a sitting POTUS is immune ... or criminal ... to which he is also immune in many ways?

Zullo doesn’t want to tip off the Chi-thugs as to who to target until the criminal trap is sprung on the perps who forged the BC, most likely by several state AGs, IMO.
Gallups and Zullo keep emphasizing that these new multitudinous VIPS “have standing” and are personally able to bring what is clearly criminal indictment for felony forgery.
The accused has lots of rights in a criminal case that require waiting until the arraignment/indictment is ready.
Sounds like Zullo’s phone is now ringing off of the hook. I hope he can find several AGs from states NOT from the Old South, but I will be happy with any brave patriot who will step forward and get court ordered discovery of the HI original records.
The big hold-up could be the need to implicate HI officials on some kind of RICO conspiracy statute, but a state AG couldn’t do that, only FBI or DOJ. Supposedly they have some independence and are sworn to defend the Constitution. Arpaio was a 30 year Federal LEO and maybe there are still some living, not-yet-retired federal LEO patriots he can call on to move something forward.
