I believe there are several impeachments called for here. impeachment is not just for the president. Mrs WJ CLinton comes to mind.

By the way. I am being actively filtered today. Not sure of the source yet.

When I am logged into Free Republic, I cannot post to Twitter. When I close out the FR connection my access to Twitter posting returns. Just discovered this. Suspect it is independent of either FR or Twitter. HS? Who knows, but it has been getting worse lately. Constantly having to repair my wife’s computer (Windows 7) connection, DNS server not responding errors. not so much on my machine, it is Linux.

Being an incompetent pussy isn’t impeachable.

Right. Which is why John Boehner is still speaker of the house.

There has to be something. The way he defends 0/this worthless admin is incomprehensible.

It's more than *pork* for his district, more than staying elected and it's more than being a Republican elite.
Blackmail is the only thing left.
There are just too many failures on his part at *crunch time* when he could have made a difference.
His failure *dots* are too easy to connect.

The Rats have something big time bad on Boehner

It would sure seem so. The way he supports this opposition president is sickening, especially with the way Obama ignores the law and precedent.

Simon makes good points but it's still really far-fetched that The Won will be impeached but if so, there's no way he'll be found guilty by Senate.

Quite true. The One who is at risk here is President Elect H. Clinton.

Nixon was never impeached or convicted. Public pressure can build. Not that with a compliant press we expect that, but it’s possible, remotely possible, that he could be forced to resign rather than face impeachment much less conviction in the Senate.

Yes, Nixon resigned rather than go through the impeachment, trial and conviction process. But he didn't do that until it was certain that he lose, that the House would impeach and the Senate would convict. Compared to Obama and even Lyndon Johnson, Nixon was an amateur. Petty theft compared to mass murder. But he was a Republican. Big difference.

Hey, Simon is no fool and he's not naive. He knows as well as we do that there'll be no impeachment of Obama on this issue.

However, Simon does have a good reputation, he's got gravitas, he's got cachet and he's got a huge audience, including a lot of media people.

Let him drop the word "impeachment" as much as he will...let him get that "I" word out there. It gets tongues wagging and little grey cells working. It only works in our favor.

If we must, let's get the word out that Obummer pulls the wings off butterflies, metaphorically speaking. While we don't want to use this type of leftist tactic, it doesn't hurt to attack Obama in each and every way....because the Left utilizes ANY tactic attacking patriots and conservatives.

The Left is not shy when it comes to Alinsky tactics.....and we must push back. Mr. Simon's article is a great form of push-back. So what if it strains credulity a little bit.....at least the THOUGHT of impeachment is now making the rounds in many circles.

So, go get 'em, Roger....more power to you. Spread it around and lay it on thick and heavy at every opportunity you get!

Leni

It is a darned good thing Roger L. Simon has a day job as a screen writer because he is pretty darned bad as a political prognosticator. Since impeachment starts in the House of nonRepresenatives and John Boehner is still speaker of the House. What makes Mr Simon think Boehner would ever allow this to even be discussed on the floor?Even in a whisper. And the Senate? Mr Simon must be smoking some pretty powerful Hollywoodie wackiebackie to think Harry Reid would ever ever ever allow it to be brought up, much less voted on.
The real scary part is, if we had an honest Congress and Broncho Bamma WAS impeached by the House and Convicted by the Senate, JOE BIDEN WOULD BECOME PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES! Joe Biden???!!!

Impeach. Prosecute. Hang as high as Haman.

Slightly offtopic, but not really. I just discovered something interesting.

As you all know, my family has been active in trying to murder Mesta - something I don’t take very kindly to. My sister is now whining that I have no “empathy”, that after talking to the police they “have decided not to file charges”, but “tell a little more about them”, and they will. Of course I have plenty of empathy. Just no sympathy.

Now this is what she means: they went to the cops and got told that as long as the facts are proven, they’re not getting into that grinder. And that there’s no actual penalty for not liking you.

But I digress. This is the interesting stuff:

http://agrosan.no/index.php/nettbutikk/agrosan-hudkrem/agrosan-hudkrem-detail

This is a fabulous treatment for burns, edemas and things like neural damage in your limbs, stuff that you may get from diabetes, heart disease and a number of other conditions. I first came across it when my legs were swelling up like balloons, and my daughter sent me a box. This was before she went violently multiculti and jewhating. And it was made by a beefarmer in Bergen, Norway as an attempt to survive difficult times. It was a small family business.

Lo and behold. Now the movers and shakers in that company actually seem to be Arabs. The islamization of the west is extremely close to its non-reversable goal.

President Uncle Joe... ugh!

Hardly a better alternative other than the African American crowd won’t like him.

Nixon, even though his price and wage freezes, creation of the EPA, and opening up relations with China might not back it up, was a Republican. The press killed him and he was an honorable man and resigned.

Clintoon, was humiliated, had his law license pulled, and was impeached by the house. And through all that the press minimized it all and he never resigned. He also happened to be a Democrat.

Now, what would happen to another Democrat President, and the first black President?

No, there is nothing, absolutely nothing, that will cause Zero to resign, and almost nothing, short of ordering the New York Times to close their doors, that would cause the press to call for his resignation.

(And even then, CNBC would probably point out the positive aspects of closing down the NYT and give Zero a pass...)

The Hildebeast is a private citizen now, can’t be impeached.

If the ZERO gets impeached and convicted by the Senate then Crazy Joe is Prezzy and Hildy will be the new VP. She runs and wins in 2016.

Everyone is happy right?

Impeach or know, it severely unempowers the bum. Less bold, less likely to flaunt the constitution if he has no backing. He'll no longer be able to do what he wants because "everybody's behind you."

This is the hope at least.

In spite of justice and fairness impeachment will never happen, count on it. Barack Obama has pigmentation immunity.

The best that America may get from all of this is that it will end Hillary's career hopes.
