To answer your #38, & #39, the organizing for America turned into a 501 c 4.
From what I can gather, that category is for groups that aren’t designed to affect elections.
Maybe the IRS got on their case about not sticking to general stuff and made them change from “3” to “4”.
The whole thing is bull and you and I know it.
OFA does nothing but campaign for obama and gets away with their status.
