FRiend, the people who voted for Obama are still behind him 100%.

This has not entered their minds as anything but harassment from right wing Conservatives.

I know, I have a few liberal friends. Nice people, smart people, but totally committed to their own liberal crap.
Nothing will say them. If Obama goes down, they will still be in denial.

A semi-pink friend of mine summed up the view point that grips the non-parasitic liberal: it’s government’s job to take care of its people. He thought that was noble of him and showed his concern for others. It took quite a while to show him just how arrogant, shallow and damaging that statement was. He still thinks of himself as a “conflicted” liberal but did not vote for Obama in 2012.

True. However, I will point out that under observation, they have become deathly quiet. Many of them know this is a disaster and they are not pushing talking points. They have more or less assumed a verbal fetal position until this passes.

I know you are right but still it amazes me. I used to think it was because critical thinking is not encouraged, or rather is discouraged, in the public school systems along with heavy liberal indoctrination from kindergarten on. But now, given the continued overreaching of the current Administration, I can only think the people who support him are demented, not just touchy feely liberals, but demented in some strange way. Maybe all that dope and smoke of the 1960s changed the DNA of the offspring in some way.
