This guy resigned as “Acting Commissioner”, but in his testimony today, he also held a dual hat as “Deputy Commissioner”. It isn’t clear to me whether or not, he will still be there as “Deputy Commissioner”. Judging from his lack of memory today, I suspect he is trying to protect his “Deputy Job”.

We always knew something was fishy. My question still stands: why did the GOPe try to discourage the efforts of the VTR and True the Vote? Ignorance? Jelousy? Cold Feet? I worked on both efforts. The GOPe effort was a joke.
Even though we did not prove that the recall petitions were invalid to the satisfaction of the GAB, the information gleaned has proven invaluable. We replaced a partisan judge in Ozaukee County, for insance.
