Yes, but you can't make a reliable semi-auto gun without shop experience. 3D printers are also becoming cheaper than the old school shop equipment you'd need (not to mention all the little shop accessories that add up to a small fortune).

This first plastic barrel can already take 9 shots. I foresee a 3D printed semi-auto within 1 year. A plastic gun you can shoot 1-2 plastic mags through and throw away.

I can already hear Bloomturd and Chuck Schmuck wailing to ban 3D printers...
