I think it’s no coincidence that there’s a Department of State scandal dump in the midst of the Obama scandalanche. For Hillary, all this talk of prostitution and cover-up and other State Department improprieties will be “old news” when she declares herself a candidate.

What's more, it will give her more ammunition (can I use that word?) in her battle to show we need a woman president.

Next time, they won’t even be able to steal the election since Obama’s election stealing scandal will inevitably emerge too.

Agreed. Before the Scandalanche ends, that shoe will probably also drop. That, and the rest of the Obama scandals, will destroy the Demodonkey brand for years and years to come.

Seriously, it needs to destroy the republican brand, too. Hell, look at how many of them are trying to demonize the leaker and/or minimize/rationalize the overstepping... and it's not like some of them haven't known about domestic spying for years. — no, they are complicit in virtually everything big going down, if not in instigating then in failure to vigorously pursue these contraconstitutional infractions (Fast & Furious springs immediately to mind).

Agreed. Our ranks are filled with back stabbing traitors that need to be rooted out. We need a revolution in the Republican party.

I say that a majority of Americans have lost their spiritual and moral compass, and as a consequence have no discernment of good or evil. They elected corrupt officials which in turn created unaccountable departments to be used as instruments of power for political control and gain.

In defense of my fellow Americans, I'll just say that most of them were fooled by slick talking salesmen who lied to get their votes. Most of the turncoats are in Washington - not among the people.

The folks I know who voted for Obama are very high info voters. Most make their living in govt/politics. They swim in the shark-infested waters of Washington.

Those aren't the high info libs I'm talking about. You can expect the snooty, university educated, Washington liberal crowd to fully back Obama. They're of the same ilk, and feed from the same trough.

No, I'm talking about average left-of-center Americans who are responsible enough to hold jobs and own property. They may have been university educated too (which is why they're still god-forsaken libs), but they still live in the same world as us. They work and pay taxes. They see the value of their retirement plans dwindling every day. They see the rot and zombie infestation in their neighborhoods. They're worried sick about what's happening to their health care plans. They struggle to keep up with the rising cost of living, just like we do.

It's those people who are beginning to seriously doubt Obama, and are upset at his broken promises. They see the country unraveling, and wonder just what they voted for in the first place.

Oh, don't worry about that the GOP will push Olympia Snowe to counter.
