Add to that, that microfiche is not that difficult to splice with added information/altered information. The test for that would be to find three other mic rofiche rolls in three other locations which either substantiate the data or contradict it. But that doesn’t stop obamapologists from floating the dissonance.
I’m a microfilm office supervisor and have seen plenty of splices. They are easy to spot. You can tell if something has been added or removed. I wonder if there is backup film archived somewhere, as you suggest, and would that film be, similarly, spliced.
