dittos. If they have time for ITLAPD, they can adopt a schedule such as they have in Texas. Or, here is a novel idea... in all that spare time, find laws to repeal so the average jack-n-jill six pack has a chance to clearly understand when they are breaking the law. That alone should take a solid ten years, full time.
