That didn't stop them last time. They just told big businesses to forget the WARN act deadlines and if anybody sued, the government would indemnify them. I am sure the most lawless Administration ever will find some basis to justify whatever they want.

They will ignore the WARN Act penalties like they did with the military contractors before the 2012 presidential elections.

The employer mandate still exists for months after 12/31/2013. The requirement still exists because it is a law only the enforcement/punishment went away.
