No MSM or politicians repudiating the gangsta culture that is filling the void left by absent fathers.

Well written, but I disagree on this point:

“Even whether or not Martin was reaching for the gun doesn’t matter.”

I think that would seriously increase GZ’s assessment that Martin meant to do him great harm, especially if that was accompanied by “You’re going to die tonight”.

If he struck the first blow, I think that negates the right to self defense. Unless Trayvon was continuing to pound beyond the point where he was a threat to him (Trayvon).

If this had been the case, probably Trayvon would have claimed self defense anyway, and probably should have gotten off based on the fact that the state couldn't prove its case (I'm hypothesizing).

Presumption of innocence.

Unfortunately...all of the sensible arguments...don’t matter...to the race-baiters.

Rachel Jeantel admits Trayvon threw the first punch in interview with Marc Lamont HIll. She also says some more crazy stuff.

The other interesting part of Jeantel’s interview is her claim, also made on Piers Morgan Tuesday night, that Zimmerman should have taken his beating.

Marc Lamont Hill pointed out “George Zimmerman’s defenders would say well, if he didn’t pull out a gun, if Trayvon was whoopin’ his ass he could have killed George Zimmerman.Jeantel Jeantel replies “No. Trust me. That’s not killing. You have a big bruise, you don’t see inside your skin. You might have a little stitches.” Jeantel adds “He [Trayvon] would have fight him and run.”

Even if Jeantel is right about Martin’s intentions, there is no way George Zimmerman, who was the one taking a beating and therefore very probably the one calling for help, to have known that.

It was never a “prosecution” in the true sense of the word. From Day One this whole travesty has been a PERSECUTION, which had no place in a court of law. The whole motive for the declaration of charges was political, charges were never presented to a grand jury, there was only circumstantial evidence, there are no living close eyewitnesses, and in the end, the defendant was not convicted.

This was not about “stand your ground”, as Zimmerman was, to the best of any reconstruction of the circumstances could be described, was ON HIS BACK, not standing, when the fatal shot was fired. He had no opportunity to retreat at that point, and the assault was entirely on the part of Trayvon Martin, who, up until he realized he was shot, was GLEEFULLY bashing someone whom he may have perceived as being a potential rapist/child abuser.

There was child abuse going on all right, only the abuser WAS the “child” (as the person not yet eighteen years of age, though he had the physical stature of an adult male).

Trayvon Martin was not the person on trial here. But he should have been.

There should be little doubt in the mind of any clear thinking person that the Zimmerman prosecution was entirely political in it's origin and process.

There's no doubt in my mind people who can't distinguish between "it's" with an apostrophe and "its" without should abstain from trying to tell clear thinkers anything.

If I were Zimmerman I would be saving every penny I could get to leave this country and find a place that would not send him back.

He needs to get out of this country for his own safety and because the left is not going to stop harassing him until they get him for something. They would be perfectly happy to make up something.

America is no longer a free country, we are a country that caters to Blacks, Hispanics, and illegals from every country in the world.
We are being robbed with Taxes, our Health care system is about to commit suicide, and the Media is running wild.

Our President is ripping apart the Constitution and our Congress is letting him do it. Morally we are sinking to new depths.
