It’s the end of property rights as we know it.

AGENDA 21

Jeb Hensarling introduced it. This bill has been approved by the committee.

Takes away due process – no legal standing to re-claim homes

Federal registry for property Legalizes the MERS robo signing

New litigation to homeowners previously in court based on new evidence which would be the new law.

From the article:

Instead, the technocrats have devised a way to take the homes from ALL homeowners regardless of whether or not they have previously won during foreclosure litigation, are in the process of litigation and would file a complaint with the courts at a future date.

One of the outcomes of PATH would be the right of the technocrats to stop current legal standing of the homeowners in court with regard to foreclosure litigation.

Without this provision, the homeowner cannot sue to stop the foreclosure, nor can new complaints be filed with the courts.

Legalized Banking Theft ~ with no accountability or responsibility !

When Banks can leverage resources ,and leverage them 40 times over face value
( when they don't even have the cash reserves to cover , it's called "kiteing")
and now we are going to legislate to legalize this practice ?? .. I call Bull Sh*t !!

If you gamble and lose ,.. you lose and you pay out ..(unless you are a bank !)

Another victory for the “Republicans” who passionately believe only in preserving Muffy’s Trust Fund. I can remember when Hensarling had principles. Now he is just another Big Money Whore.

Well I guess that the only good news out of this is that when the dust finally settles, housing prices will come to such low valuations that people can finally start paying cash for them rather than going through a bank to get the loan, or we end up in a full blown revolt that guts everything. Either way, neither one is an attractive prospect for the long term future.
