Or somewhere in-between. Hannity wanted to appear even-handed and to grant "innocence" to both Martin and Zimmerman by calling the confrontation a "tragic misunderstanding."
Hannity might actually have believed his own story ... at first. But he ought to stop repeating his "tragic misunderstanding" version of events. The evidence is overwhelming that Trayvon Martin was, indeed, "up to no good."
Yes, I definitely think he is trying to play the role of peace maker.
However, not acknowledging the downhill slide of Martin is in fact racism. actual racism, and this behavior played a direct role in his death in as much as people routinely swept his wrong doings under the rug which gave him a sense of being untouchable.
Mr. Hannity, you are not doing anyone any favors at all by engaging in willful ignorance, so knock it off.
Martin was a criminal, and he died because he was a criminal.
Hannity is wrong. But he’s still better than O’Reilly who has basically said George Zimmerman had no business getting out of the truck and had no business following St. Skittles.
