Don’t call them “fake facts”. They are lies. All the people involved in spreading them have had ample opportunity to have heard the facts from multiple sources and they willing continue to lie.

I believe the media committed slander as soon as they repeated the lies told by their guests. Zimmerman is not a public figure, so all he has to prove is negligence not malice to hold them all accountable.
The trick will be in getting it filed before the statute of limitations expires and then running it through the courts slow enough that Holder and company are out of office when it comes to trial.
