If Obozo co opted the data from the NSA for his own database on every citizen and aimed the result at his political opponents, when will Congress act to halt this.
It is clear that Obozo used the IRS against his enemies. That obviously originated in the White Hut. I am sure with no absolute proof that Obozo himself directed it.
What would he do with this tool?

I'm pretty sure you are wrong about that. You have to balance whatever good that Snowden may have done against the damage he has done to our national security.
The good is easily seen. The damage is much more difficult to assess. But it is there, perhaps in spades, as the author obviously believes.
You should read the article again and the info on Ann-Marie below. You might change your mind about her being an Obama supporter. There is very little chance of that.
Snowden let us know that our government is not much different from the KGB run soviet government, at least that is where they(our government) want to take us. They’ve told us in 100 subtle ways over the last 10 years, and boldly/blatantly to our faces since Obama came into office, that being a tyrannical oppressive communist power is their goal. Having a strong KGB/Stasi type national security agency spying on its own citizens is a necessary tactical ability to achieve complete tyranny over us.
If anyone really believes our strength and security as a country are dependent on having a spy/intelligence agency like NSA they are sadly mistaken. The types of things going on in our country means that Putin doesn’t have to do anything, we are already there.
Our strength as a country depend on the inner moral character and spiritual strength of our citizens, coupled with a a true patriotism formed from our citizens being taught our true history, the Biblical foundations of liberty, and what our constitution really says, and a belief that it still works. With all that, we cannot be overtaken. Without it (which is where I believe we are now) no “intelligence” agency is capable of defending us from the treasonous sellouts that inevitably take positions of power when a country falls into moral anarchy.
I’m waiting for the Snowden critics to admit and acknowledge Snowden Himself said he was neither hero or Traitor but a pissed American.

I think it is hilarious that DARPA invents the internet and everyone is shocked to learn that the Gov knows how to pry into everything you do on it.

It is in God’s hands at this point. It has been on several occasions in our nations history. The founders understood the action of divine providence.
I'll admit it. If he said he said it. That doesn't speak to his judgement, just his beliefs. They may have been quite honorable in his own mind. He saw a problem and he thought he saw a way of fixing that problem. The question is was the damage done worth it. Maybe. Maybe not. We don't know yet but I'm leaning on the side that it wasn't worth it.
Opinions on that subject will differ. That's what forums are for. That's where we discuss those differences.
