I can see this guy is ,laughing and smiling all the way to check cashing place...one guy in Indianapolis was discovered he had claimed 20 children and 19 of them lived back in Mexico — a cost of $29,000 a year to taxpayers..Why want they include tax fraud like this in immigration debates ?

The other problem is that they are able to claim foodstamps, TANF, section 8, medicaid, and other benefits for those kids (and themselves).
