Military Thought Police: Can’t Say Homosexual Behavior is a Sin
American Clarion ^ | August 6, 2013 | Bob Ellis

Posted on 08/06/2013 6:50:55 PM PDT by WXRGina

Once more we learn of military personnel being punished for causing homosexuals in the military to feel bad.

From Fox News:

An Army chaplain’s assistant said she was accused of creating a “hostile and antagonistic” environment after she posted a message on her personal Facebook page calling homosexuality a sin.

The soldier, who asked not to be identified, said her commander ordered her to either remove the Facebook message or face a reduction in rank and pay.

“I haven’t taken it down and I won’t take it down,” she told Fox News. “It is frustrating that people are trying to silence me – for something that I believe in. We fight for the freedom that I can’t enjoy right now. That’s not right.”

The soldier, who is an evangelical Christian, said she returned home from church on Sunday and was watching a documentary about a minister who endorsed homosexuality.

“I was frustrated with what I saw so I posted a Facebook message about it,” she said.

So while it seems homosexuals now have a “right” to be open about their immoral sexual behavior, good military servicemen and women no longer have the First Amendment-protected right of freedom of religious expression. Interesting…but not surprising.

I spent 10 years in the military, and I was a law enforcement specialist charged with enforcing military law, so I think I’m a pretty good judge of what is right and legal in the military. During my service, it was legal in the military to get drunk (as long as you didn’t break any laws in connection with that drunkenness). There were plenty of people in the military who believed getting drunk was a sin, and some of them said so. I don’t recall a single drunk claiming that for someone to say being drunk was a sin, this created “an environment that was both hostile and antagonistic.” I don’t recall a single time when a person of character stated that a bad behavior was wrong, and the person of character was reprimanded for pointing to a high standard of moral excellence.

Now, not only must military personnel of good character tolerate open homosexuality in our armed forces, they cannot even repeat what the Bible says about it.

Apparently, once again, homosexual activists get special rights. It isn’t enough to merely be allowed to be open about sodomizing one another within the ranks of the military; no one must be allowed to say anything critical of this behavior.

Many of us knew even before a Democrat Congress and White House forced this on the military that it would create a hostile environment for anyone who believes in sexual morality and normality. It was clear, and liberals went to extra lengths to make it clear, that in a conflict between moral and immoral people, the military leadership preferred the immoral over the moral.

As is always the case, two diametrically opposed value systems can never and will never be able to peacefully coexist. One will naturally dominate, and unless the morally superior one possesses resolve, the morally inferior one will usually employ any means necessary to subjugate the other one.

As the Boy Scouts are in the process of learning, compromising with and capitulating to homosexual activists looks a lot like the European powers of the 1930s trying to “be reasonable” with Adolf Hitler. “If we give you this, you’ll be satisfied, right? Oh, you want that, too? Okay…now you want this other…okay…and now you want…” Get the picture?

In other words, evil cannot and will not be appeased. It has an insatiable hunger to have 100% of its own way and to crush anything that is not in complete agreement with it.

If good people don’t rise up and demand an end to this right away, we will all be very, very sorry before long.

IIRC, Holder released a memo a month ago that suggested to federal employees that said something to the effect of “silence will be seen as disapproval.”

So sex for sex only is not a sin?

Let us tell ourselves that and not call it a religious like view.

It’s only equality because, gosh, God gets to eat of His crops, therefore, in their view, having no crop at all and to devour it all without seeds to replant left, is all fine and “equal” to invest in farming. This is what happens when the collective mindset takes over the technical aspect in priority. Depravity and collectivism go hand in hand.

“Obama is on record saying he does not believe that those who reject Jesus as their Savior are damned.”

The serpent in the garden also said to Eve, that she would surely NOT die if she ate from the tree of forbidden fruit. However, death came at that moment, for mankind.

I assume the Army would also punish Muslims or Jews if they publicly stated that eating Pork was a sin.

I Salute this American Patriot— she is my sister in Christ and she has boldly spoken the truth in exercise of her first amendment right-and has been singled out and penalized for it. when the enemy can do this —we are no longer that nation established the United States of America and our Military wholly divorced from the Principles we trained to consider as we built our character as American fighting men and women 69-77.The Code I took as my own remains and I will Never surrender of my own free will but will oppose ALL enemy foreign or domestic so long as I draw breath— and I will proudly stand beside any Patriot like my sister-when they punish her they punish all American Patriots.Homosexual lifestyle choice is rebellion against God= sin

Good! I had hoped I completely misunderstood your post—which I did. It’s irksome when homo-apologists trot out the isolated cases of “homosexual”-type behavior in some animals. If there were a species of animal that was actually homosexual, it would be extinct, as we know.

Thanks for clearing that up for me.

This is America, not the UK. Why should anyone have to parse his beliefs that way? All morality and natural law come from God, whether any of us believes it or not.

And, until it is becomes completely illegal to worship Jesus, we still have freedom of religion, but it's quickly vanishing, especially in our military, as this piece illustrates.

Many companies will now fire you if you are against homosexual marriage, even if you don’t say anything at work and are good at your job.

My company just “updated” their company behavior policy to make darned sure we know that sexual deviants are to be fully accepted, period. Corporate America has bowed down, and it’s only going to get worse.

>>Thanks for clearing that up for me.

Welcome FRiend.

As this article illustrates, trying to push back against the transhumanist/postgenderist agenda from a religious perspective is an increasingly counterproductive.

Pushing back form a biological perspective, OTOH, will force the opposition out onto an open playing field where they have no footing.

The Eunuchs have always preferred to be hidden in the occult woodwork — all the way back to when they learned their skills whilst breading slaves for the Chaldeans, and the Babylonians, and the Egyptians, and the Romans...

Same Ol’ STD

>>Corporate America has bowed down,

Corporatism is Collectivism is Communism.

In the Old Testament it’s called Ba’al — where the corporation was the theocratic tyrannical, slave-owning State.

The behavior cultivated by such “human” corporate nature is that which renders a hive full of obedient asexual drones who will work until they drop dead.

Who’s more profitable — the homosexual who’ll work 80 hours a week to pay for their toys and dysfunctional parties, or someone with a family to be part of and children to care for?

COMMERCE BETWEEN MASTER AND SLAVE IS [still] DESPOTISM

Same Ol’
