Some faiths believe the name of God is precious and shouldn’t be used cavalierly. I don’t think the poster intended to treat the name disrespectfully.
I do this out of deference to our Jewish contingent on FR. Even though I am a Christian, I come from a strong Jewish ancestry and wish to honor their traditions. If this offends you, sorry ... no offense intended.
