You're spot on, Cindy. A gullible public will believe that every political leak is by accident.
However, in the political Big Leagues where everything is carefully planned out in advance and micromanaged, accidental leaks are rare to non-existant.
The Weiners and Hillary are tight....and work in tandem with the assistance and guidance of scores of expert, experienced, cold-blooded, hardened campaign aides, the names of many behind-the-scenes key operatives being rarely known.
Their job (in addition to planting perfectly-timed leaks) is to mold the whole campaign and their candidates into interesting, sellable brands....and rarely are there major mistakes in their machinations.
If there are, the mistakes are swiftly transformed into a positive....the ultimate aim being to fool the voting public most of the time.....if not all of the time.

You are so right! Romney just wasn't a “pure enough” conservative, so tons of conservatives wouldn't vote for him in 2012 and just stayed home or just voted the rest of the ticket. And once Obama won, they blamed the GOP for losing to Obama. Sure makes sense to me!
I am sure whomever the Republican Candidate is in 2016, if he or she is not a VERY PURE conservative on EVERY ISSUE, tons of consrvatives will stay home or not vote the top of the ticket and we will see Hillary sail into the White House!
The GOP elite is full of idiots. For example, McCain posited himself as the alternative to Obama, and now the putz is running around promoting Obama’s open borders and mass amnesty agenda. Then Romney said he was an alternative to Obama, and now the fraud is warning Republicans not to defund Obamacare. Why would any conservative take advice from McCain or Romney? If those two are so politically smart then why did they lose the election. It’s time the conservatives stop listening to the establishment.
