Why do we need to prove we are innocent? It's the State's job to prove we are guilty. That's why arrest records can't be used (in theory) to take away any civil rights like voting. Indeed, there may be a court challenge to the law possible here, because inclusion in the terrorist list is not a "conviction" in any sense of the term. This could get interesting.

Can you imagine the howls from the libs if people are removed from the voting rolls because their name is on the terrorist list?

I sure can imagine that, asinclair! I think we ought to give it a try just to give the vermin something to yell and scream and hop up and down and screech and whine about.
