I’m not sure what this post is about, but it conflicts with the facts..

“Hearing deferred in Shellie Zimmerman’s perjury case”

This header has been reported in several newspapers and on local TV station.. Case will be heard next week...

I wrote/submitted it in the wee hours of 8/21, a few short hours before that header was reported, while the court docket had the trial scheduled to start on 8/21.
