We need a means of forcing an AG to adhere to and strictly enforce the constitution. Its one of the things I like about Michigan AG Bill Schuette. He stands by the state constitution whether he likes it or not.

I agree whole-heartedly in principle; most unfortunately, there's no such thing as "gun rights." We have a right to keep and bear arms. We have a right to self-defense. Guns, by contrast, have no rights.
