It’s always good to see Conservatives stick to their principles....oh wait.... Weak-kneed and limp-wristed RINOs have no principles.

Graham, McCain, and Boehner quickly supported Obama's scheme to provide an air force for AlQuaida. When the scheme fell apart after voter outrage, Obama left them out there with no cover. That's what Obama does....he uses people then throws them on the trash heap of fools who "compromised" with Obama.
Boehner supported defunding after that. Now Lindsey does. Hopefully, idiot McCain will be left out there all alone.

Why is it a good start? It’s just political BS said by a person who will change on a dime once reelected. McCain did the same thing.

So senators exercise some responsibility, for perhaps one year, the last year out of six. That is about the limit of the best constituents’ memory.
If senators were appointed by state legislatures, I guarantee each and every one of their votes would be closely scrutinized and duly noted.

Lindsey is one of those finger in the air guys who has no firm principles, although he may have started with some. He may also be subject to blackmail, and that may be part of it.
There were lots of guys like him who we thought came around during Reagan's administration, and some of them did seem to become more conservative when they learned that it worked so well. However, over time, those types revert back due to the constant pressure of the MSM and their desire to be liked and to be cool. I could see Graham going this route if a Ted Cruz became president with a Republican congress. I could also see him going back to the current Rino mode as soon as he felt the winds changing. Saw that first hand with guys like Danforth and Lugar. Best to get rid of him now, but get him to vote the right way first.
