The problem with a hundred people on the wagon with three people pulling is becoming more apparent every day: “subsidies”.
It’s like the difference between tax refunds and tax credits: People who don’t pay taxes don’t get refunds ... nor do they pay towards `Affordable Health Care.’
No surprise.
Actually, people in WI who pay no taxes, DO get “refunds” in the form of HOMESTEAD “CREDITS”. It is sickening-and they come in at the beginning of each year DEMANDING their “refunds”.
