wow. in what fantasy do these guys continue to buy the snake oil that opening the borders will give them the latino vote?

and how many innocent American livelyhoods, let alone lives, are going to be taken by the latino hordes who come.

it’s all on them. God knows they can stop amnesty and obamacare in the house right now, if they choose to.

These open-door Republicans don’t think passing an amnesty will make the Mexicans et al. vote for them. They back amnesty because the business lobbyists are pushing it and the Republicans want to keep the pesos flowing their way. These Republican hacks figure that by the time they allow enough millions more latinos to flood in to defeat them in their own elections, they will be financially set and screw everyone else.

Follow the money.

Goodlatte wrote for the NRO that he denies he is boosting the gang bill.
He is boosting the desired outcome of the gang bill.
He has to address the USCIS problems. Is he going to deport millions of people so they only a few can apply for his amnesty lite? It is simply not worth the cost to process millions of applications.

The most interesting thing I read in the last week was on Lynn Jenkin’s facebook page.

“I had a good conversation about immigration reform during my open office hours this week with James Bowen who is a graduate student at The University of Kansas, and currently serving with the U.S. Navy in Afghanistan.”

I wonder if he supports more STEM visas or he is worried about his friends not finding work. It seems strange they are outing people on facebook who come to discuss immigration reform. They are meant to have one on one discussions so they don’t get a townhall crowd shouting at them for committing treason.
