Partial Government control is Socialism. For example, Romneycare.
Total Government control is Communism. For example, Obamacare.
BTW, what the HELL does forcing citizens to buy insurance have to do with a GOVERNMENT that prides itself on “Freedom of Choice?”

Remember the one good thing Tim Pawlenty (a RINO himself) did in his brief Presidential campaign? He coined “Obamneycare”. That’s about right. It’s a bipartisan monster, cobbled together from bad ideas of “progressives” in both parties.
