I disagree. I think Obama has a pretty clear set of goals for his second term:
* Destroy the GOP-e
* Bankrupt the country
* Set the stage for Hillary to succeed him
* Set the stage for Hillary to move toward single-payer system
* Make the Congressional races like the parliament races in the UK - run on how many more unobtainable healthcare benefits you can falsely promise in a lame attempt to buy votes
