Japan will last longer than all of us, exactly because they are focused on what makes them and their country “Japanese.” its their culture, their history, and their language. Yes, they do take interesting or useful things from the outside world, but use them in their own way.

They have no interest in immigrants from Africa, Yemen, Burma or where ever. Japanese understand those people will not fit into Japan society anyway - and would only work at unskilled, relatively unproductive jobs, and become a permanent underclass anyway - so what’s the point?

Not every country is the USA, and not everyone shares of present day “religion” of low-cost labor, the economic value of the individual, and so-called “diversity.” Why force it on them?

they will definitely continue to undergo a slow-moving economic revolution and population decline - but eventually, something will shock them into changing it. They will not riot in the streets though and as a people, they will always exist as is.

I like Japan and Japanese people, generally.. Theirs is a first-world country surrounded by third-world countries.

Japan is crowded compared to the USA. Plus they import all their oil, and recently abandoned nuclear power.

I think it must be a fact that dense inner cities have lower birth rates than populations with more living space. It’s certainly true here in the USA. Inner city people have more liberal attitudes toward child-raising and family planning, too. Like those selfish women on Sex In The City, they view children as a crimp on their lifestyles, so they abort them, without remorse. They become aging, barren careerists instead of grandmothers. Their politics is Left, so they look at not procreating as an act of civility, since there are fewer diapers in landfills and there’s less CO2 in the atmosphere. They are consummate narcissists.

Ideally, in this perverse view of humanity, we must make most land off limits to humans, discourage private transportation, and concentrate humans in high-rises located along lines of communication. The U.N. calls it Agenda 21.
