recently I saw pics of a girl dressed as a troll doll and one as a stick figure

I saw a girl with a stick figure costume on TV. It was a black outfit with the stick figure pattern in either LED or electroluminescent wires. Really cool looking when it was dark enough where you could only see the stick figure.

Now I'm trying to remember someone (maybe a comedian or a comic strip artist) who said his parents dressed him as a "black ghost" for Halloween, and it is driving me nuts that I don't remember the details.
