You can add this: the GOPe will blame Conservatives like Cruz for the cuts.
Foodstamps should be cut 5.5% a month until they are ended (18mo). Then fire and revoke the pension of every Federal parasite that "works" on the dozens of these destructive, wasteful welfare programs.
Our Republic cannot sustain this evil socialism.
