Ah, but you forgot to mention that all policies must cover oil changes, brake replacement, baby-seats [must be upgraded each year as the child grows even if you don't have a child], and car washes.

And, under a new program run by the EPA, all car-drivers with an income at or below 200% of the poverty line will be eligible for gas-stamps. Under certain circumstances (like it's raining), some may qualify for free Obama-cars.
