Judge Nap just revealed an interesting nugget today.
What it means is that Obama can REWARD supporters and PUNISH opponents. Democrats may be able to get discounted rates, etc. to diminish the logical connection.

Several of us here on FR said it from the beginning that Obamacare was going to be used to punish Obama's critics. I even wrote a little playscript about it back in 2009 which went something like this:
Obamacare Navigator: Hello Mr. Conservative. I see you need a heart transplant. Let's just examine your records here ..
Me: Yes, I need a new heart, I'm suffering from post-Aortic valve afibrillation, at least that's what my doctor calls it.
Obamacare Navigator: Hmmm. It says here Mr. Conservative that you've acquired a lot of wealth in your lifetime.
Me: Well, I worked hard, played by the rules and managed to invest wisely to save for my retirement.
Obamacare Navigator: I see Mr. Conservative. Your files also indicate that you've voted for smaller, more limited government by voting for Conservative candidates. Is that true?
Me: Yes, I vote for Conservative candidates. Why is that relevant to the discussion about my heart transplant.
Obamacare Navigator: Well you see Mr. Conservative, the party likes to reward its supporters. I see you don't vote for the party.
Me: You're looking at my voting record? Whatever happened to the private ballot?! (blood pressure spiking)
Obamacare Navigator: Well Mr. Conservative, as you know Obamacare managed to take all the data from all government systems and create profiles of each citizen. I see from your IRS records that you gave a lot of money to Pro-Life, Pro Gun and Pro Traditional Marriage causes. Tsk tsk!
Me: What about my new heart?! (gasping for breath as heart attack arrives)
Obamacare Navigator: Well see here Mr. Conservative, I'll tell you what we're going to do. First, we're going to seize your bank accounts and retirement funds and we're going to re-distribute that wealth to someone more deserving than you. You know, those who vote for the party.
Me: What!? You dirty son of a bi ... (clutching chest)
Obamacare Navigator: I see you also have a home and a vacation property also. We're going to seize that too.
Me: Ah ... ah .. (clutching chest) where's .... my .... wife .... ah, ah ... (gasping for air) going .... to .... live?!
Obamacare Navigator: don't you worry Mr. Conservative, your wife will be just fine in state run managed care.
Me: I swear I'm gonna ki .... (clutching chest, gasping for air, reaching for Obamacare Navigator's throat)
Obamacare Navigator: Now don't you worry Mr. Conservative. We'll handle everything from here. Oh, and about your new heart --- we're going to deny that claim. Are you ok Mr. Conservative?
Me: flatline .....
I'll tell you right here right now, that story above ain't far from the damn' truth! It wasn't when I originally posted it back in 2009/2010 and it's even closer to the truth now!!!
