It’s funny you should say that. I found remnants of ‘soviet bloc syndrome’ when I visited Poland and waiting in line at a bank. Let’s just say......there are no rules for breaking in line. We were at the teller’s window when a woman shoved right in front of us. Thought she was trying to grab our money. No one batted an eye.
