Is it time? If 10 million people drive to Washington D.C. . . . Just say when. .
Ordinary Americans will be hauled off the "detention centers" without trial for speaking out against Obama or listening to banned conservative talk radio shows now being beamed by shortwave from Canada and the Caribbean. Under emergency orders Obama will shut down the Internet and all phone calls will be monitored by the NSA "subversive" content. There will be a nationwide confiscation of all firearms.
Armed insurrection will start aimed at first against federal agents trying to confiscate guns, but then a few liberal members of Congress will be assassinated starting with Nancy Pelosi. Obama declares martial law and send US military forces to put down the insurrections. Under orders to shoot civilians, large numbers of the military will mutiny and join forces with armed citizens to overthrow the Obama regime. Obama will call the UN for help and small contingents of "peace keeper" forces from mostly communist and fascist nations will protect Washington DC. China starts landing large contingents of troops on the west coast. The US military is now in total mutiny and without presidential direction repulses the Chinese forces and takes complete command of US nuclear forces. US forces and National Guard troops storm Washington and after street fighting in and around the Capital and White House succeed in capturing Obama and the Democratic Leadership of Congress. They all will be tried for treason by military tribunals. All members of Congress not part of the Obama take over will be forced to resign. US Senators will be again selected by state legislatures. A Constitutional convention will be convened to add amendments to the Constitution establishing strict term limits for members of Congress, banning lobbyists in Washington, prohibiting Congress from exempting itself or the executive and judicial branches from any laws and requiring that all candidates for the presidency must prove their eligibility as natural born citizens and submit all of their school, military and financial records for public scrutiny.
The author is confusing standard anti-aircraft missiles with nuclear tipped missiles. The SA-2 is an old anti-aircraft radar guided missile, not a ballistic missile. It is unable to climb to a high enough altitude for an EMP detonation, and the warhead is small. It is also relatively short range.
Now, there are ballistic missiles currently made by our enemies in NK and Iran which might do the job but the SA-2 is not one of them. If they could mate a nuclear warhead on such a missile and program a proper detonation point at the right location and altitude, that scenario is quite possible.
