Dear Japan: I’m sorry we shipped those two idiots over, we mean no disrespect. We recognize that intense pressures Japan is under, and the current tensions with China. We expect to have adult leadership in America by 2017. Yes, we too wish it were sooner. In the meantime, please help by keeping Biden and Kennedy busy. They’re easily distracted, just show them something shiny every now and then. Oh, and I should let you know about Mr. Biden.
